We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains what can be returned and how refunds work.
Returns
You can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened supplements or skincare unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email support@vastuswellness.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
- Pack the items securely and use a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to show them. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless we made an error.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Bulk packs and the minimum order
Bulk packs can be returned if all 10 units are unopened. If you return part of a bulk pack, the remaining units are repriced at the single-unit price and the difference is taken from your refund.
Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible to cancel. We can cancel any order that has not shipped and will refund it in full. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return steps above.
